This work is shaped by personal experience and the understanding that many women quietly struggle with self-worth, stigma, and the effort it takes simply to function and move forward. Through stillness and presence, Finding Peace honors the ways women seek grounding—through spirituality, mindfulness, and self-connection—and suggests that purpose and peace are often intertwined.
